is given by the appointed partner in your country or continent. In case there is no feedback please do not hesitate to contact us directly. Your request will be forwarded to the right person incharge of this matter.
Special support can be given by the TECHNICAL REPRESENTATIVE ("REP") by each sales region. In case of not haveing a local partner. REP can also take over some logistic responsabilities, until a official local partner for a country is choosen.
Art 3 - phone calls
unfortunately we unlike phone calls. Phone spaming is getting a big trouble in the daily work. We prefer your written inquiry of your problem, inquiry or business proposal we accept even an email request to call you back, if phone number is given.
Art 4 - OEM / direct costumers
ADEO decide on "direct costumer" business. It must be adressed by important numbers or turn-over. Otherwise we pass the project immidiately to our local partners.
Our strict directive to OEM business and partners are: ex-work, prepayment by order date, down payment by delivery date
Art 5 - Payment directives / delivery conditions
is under responsability of local partners. All negociations take place local. ADEO is not liable on any damage and free of any responsabilities.
